the aquarium!... again! =)

yesterday (12/9/09) i took the boys to the aquarium with my friend emily and her son, raine. they're moving shortly after we return from our christmas trip to WA, so we wanted to squeeze in one more fun trip before they do! =)

^ as usual, trevin's favorites were the alligators and the sharks. here he is looking at some alligators.

^ teagan in the megaladon jaws.

^ and joined by trevin and raine.
at least teagan's still smiling for the camera. =)

^ the boys in front of the big, shark and large fish exhibit. trevin is really into it. =)

^ jumping with joy! "mommy, look at the shark!"

^ "i'm a shark!" trevin's impression of a shark... although i'm not sure why there's scary claws involved. ;)

^ my dear friend emily and me in front of the seashell christmas tree.

^ we were trying to get us in front of the fish sculpture, but trevin had to get in there too! =)

^ the boys and me riding on a turtle.

a few late november/early december pics

as i put these picture up, i noticed trevin's not in any of them. but, don't worry, he's still around! ;) he must've been off getting into something when these were taken. =)

^ here's whiskey, me and teagan stopping for a quick picture between flipping pancakes one saturday morning. =)

^ teagan took all the books off the bottom shelf to make a little hiding place.

^ wearing daddy's boots.

^ and a picture of the growing belly. this one's at 18 weeks along.

marine corps ball 2009

on november 12th we went to our 2nd marine corps ball together. the first being in 2004 when we were in hawaii. they're held in early november around the time of the marine corps birthday and shane's been deployed or training every other year. so i was excited to finally have the chance to go again! =)

all these pics are just us standing around. there was a professional photographerthere, but after standing in line for 20 mins or so, we found out they only took cash... what year is it?!?!

this was outside... and it was FREEZING! well, it might have been around 40, but it was windy and drizzling, and i had very little on. i'm so glad we stopped to take a picture! haha! =)

when we got home, we decided to take a few "baby bump" pictures. since it was late at night and i had just eaten, my belly was much bigger than during the day.

i guess i was just a few days shy of 15 weeks pregnant in this picture.
