my surprise birthday party!

shane managed to pull off surprising me with a birthday party this year! first, my best friend showed up at my house a few days before my birthday, which i thought was enough of a surprise. but then, a couple days later, we went out shopping and when we came home, i found this:

^ while they were waiting for us to get back from our shopping trip, trayson took his first steps. this was my sad face when i found out i missed them. =(

^ one last surprise! i fell in LOVE with this secretary when i saw it in an antique shop, but shane said no when i asked him if i could get it. turns out, he got it for me! =D
